We ran a one-day, off-site, idea-generation workshop with the team. As part of the session we broadened the brief to include thinking about how their organisation might restructure itself to offer different services. To get the team thinking of structural changes we had them perform an alien autopsy - they got to make whatever changes they liked to a body before asking themselves what this would mean if transferred to their own organisation. |
